V81 Radio tuners had a chance to see the lighter side of former cabinet post member Rafael Alunan III as he shared moments of fun and laughter with Papa Tolits in the program All HIts All Pinoy, November 22.

Not only funny moments were witnessed in the program as Papa Tolits raised political and serious issues on the guest.

The Senate aspirant mentioned in the interview that his edge on the upcoming election is his long experience as a public servant. He also addressed the issue on the questionings on what he did as a former member of the government, and what people could expect from him on obtaining another public post. Rafael said that his active partakes on the previous administrations made a great credential for him. He also expressed his vision on the betterment of the country.

When asked about his insight into the said ‘toxicity’ in Philippine politics, Sec. Alunan said that inner peace and a clear conscience can make one at ease. On the other hand, when asked about the ‘undying poverty’ in the country, former Secretary Alunan wanted to resolve such struggle by using 3 variables, the Philippine Tourism, Agriculture and Manufacturing which he said, are aspects needing great priority.

As a conclusion, the ageless secretary assured the Filipinos that he would always prioritize the mass and least consider his personal matters. He also emphasized that with his emotions and intellect, we could expect a better Philippines.
