TOTHAPI is an 8-member band all the way from Tabaco City in Albay. Their name comes from the phrase “happy thought,” which was born out of a failed relationship. Their now breakthrough band started out as a small gig for a school acquaintance party that turned into something they can call their own. The band is composed of frontman and vocalist Kobe Dionela, and his close friends and family; Aaron Bordeos on drums, Jeebay Dellosa on keyboards, Michael Jamlang on guitar, Tadz Cascante on bass guitar, Jr Llaguno on trumpet, Paul Lagrimas on trombone, and Vince Dionela, also Kobe’s brother, on saxophone. Releasing music that sings to the soul, their most recent hit “Celeste” reached over 4 million streams Spotify. This is only the beginning and have more to give to the world, and they’re doing it together as a family.
